Yoga Den was established in 2004 and we have been growing in popularity ever since. We have grown from one studio to four in the Jacksonville, FL area. We have also trained hundreds of people to become yoga instructors in that time. Our passion for yoga is evident in our classes as well as the future educators we are training.

 

If you are reading this blog, there is no question that you are interested in yoga. Whether you have been practicing yoga your whole life or if you are looking to sit in on your first session, we want to encourage you to join us at one of our studios. Not only is yoga a good source of exercise, there are also a lot of health benefits to practicing. It helps with flexibility and helps you gain strength.
