What to Wear

Wear comfortable clothes that move with you and provide decent coverage. There is no dress code, however traditionally yoga is practiced with bare feet.

Which class is best to start with?

The Mind~Body Yoga (See Full Schedule) is a great class to begin with, it moves at a little slower pace and gives you more detailed language so you can learn the practice of Yoga in a very comfortable setting.

Should I Bring Water?

Please feel free to bring your refillable water bottle to fill up on free filtered water at the studio. Drink plenty of water after your class to help flush out toxins released from muscles and organs during class.

Is There Room to Store Personal Items?

We have space in the lobby to store your personal items. However we recommend you leave valuables in your car trunk. Please turn cell phones off during class

Do I come in first or should I sign up online?

We recommend that you download our free Yoga Den app. From there you can sign up for your first class free,  view location schedules and offerings, and manage your account.  You can also sign up online or just show up, however we recommend you arrive for your first class 15 minutes early to get acclimated properly checked in for class.

How Long Should I Wait After Eating?

You might be uncomfortable during class if you just ate. So avoid eating during the two hours prior to class.

Do I Need to Bring My Own Yoga Mat?

We have mats available for you to borrow. However, if you’d like to bring your own mat, that is encouraged. We also have a variety of mats available for purchase at the studios.

When Should I Arrive?

We recommend you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your first class.

Cell Phone Policy

Please leave your cell phone either in the lobby or on do not disturb if you must have it in class.
If you must use your cell in the event of an emergency, we understand but please be courteous to others and leave class early.

Is There a Yoga Class Etiquette?

*Please arrive free of strong odors, both synthetic and natural, as this can be distracting
*If you must leave class early:
● Try to roll your mat out close to the exit to avoid disruption
● PLEASE do not leave during relaxation, as it disturbs the entire class.
