Where should you begin?

Yoga Basics
If you get little to no regular exercise, have rehabilitative needs and/or are brand new to yoga with no knowledge of proper/safe alignment.

Mind~Body, Yin, and Restorative Slow Flow

If you want to enjoy the more relaxing elements of yoga with a class that keeps the focus on the breath and  the stretch.


Sun Power, Sun Power Bhakti, and Yogalates

If you want the more athletic, high-energy aspects of yoga, with the potential to burn 500 to 700 calories per hour, you want a Vinyasa style.
