Yoga is the science of self-improvement that deals with the whole human being. Yoga cultivates a calm and focused mind, a strong and flexible body, and a feeling of completion, satisfaction and peace.
. The positive, loving energy first of all. I can feel myself relax as I drive into the parking lot! 2. The safety factor. Before I discovered Yoga Den, I was always recovering from one injury or another, but not anymore. I love that Y-D teachers are so well trained and so student-focused. 3. The class variety. It really is a comprehensive program. 4. A supportive environment, where students of all levels receive the challenges they need - and are reminded each class that yoga is a practice, a personal journey, NOT a competition. For me, it's been the perfect place to grow in my practice.
